God and the Spirit world, our angels and our loving guides are communicating with us all the time. Yes, they are guiding us all the time whether we ask for help or not.

This may be hard to believe but it’s true. You’ve experienced it many times without even being aware of it. We’ve simply forgotten how to listen.

At the moment of physical birth we have at least two or more guardian angels or spirit guides, by our side at all times and they stay with us until death. Regardless of what you might do they love you unconditionally, no matter what.

Divine guidance from spirit comes to us in many ways:

• through visions, images, pictures that come into our head
• through sounds, voices or words inside or outside our head
• through strong feelings, gut feelings, hunches, premonitions
• through ideas, impressions or awareness -through a strong ” knowingness”
• through meditation
• through our dreams
• through synchronous events

How can we tell is spirit is talking to us?

Divine guidance is always loved-based, brings you joy, is supportive and has a loving energy to it and empowers you. False Guidance is fear based and normally creates anxiety, conflict and weakens you.
